January may be nearly over but to continue that health kick EntertainmentWise has teamed up with Emma McQueen for our new cooking show and we've got plenty of healthy recipes for you to cook up.
You may have heard about Zero Noodles, a new Japanese brand, that contain only ten calories in each 200g packet, meaning they can help you to feel full while barely registering on your waistline.
So now you can enjoy a healthy alternative to that Saturday night takeaway.
The Spicy Zero Noodles with King Prawn Recipe is:
1 pack of Zero Noodles
1 pack of Stir fry vegetables
1 red pepper, finely sliced and added to the stir fry vegetables
1tbs olive oil
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp vegetable stock in 150 mls hot water
1 red chilli
1 clove of garlic
2cm of ginger finely chopped
1 bunch of spring onions - slice the ends finely, chop the green tops to use as a garnish at the end coriander to garnish
100g King Prawns
Now get cooking...
Boil the super noodles for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a hot wok, saute the garlic, ginger, olive oil and garlic, then add the red chilli.
After a few minutes, add the vegetable mixture.
Add the soy sauce and the stock, and drain the super noodles and add them along with the prawns to the wok.
Put the lid on briefly to ensure everything is cooked through enough.
Serve garnished with fresh coriander and the fresh spring onion greens.
